Pat Garrett is the manager of Garrett and Company LLC, a privately held company engaged in the ownership and management of commercial and residential real estate. The company is a fourth generation family business with extensive real estate holdings in Oklahoma, celebrating over 94 years in business in Oklahoma City.

Pat is co-manager of Gulf Exploration LLC, Gulf operates in Oklahoma City, New York and North Dakota, a privately held oil and gas exploration company and new Manager of Heartland Homes LLC. Heartland is a single-family home construction business, with projects located throughout the greater Oklahoma City metro area. General Manager at Fisher Products LLC, a Tulsa based manufacturer of industry specific metal products.

Pat graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1972 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has two sons, Patrick and Billy. Patrick co-manages Garrett and Company Insurance Agency LLC. Is engaged in the sale of life, property and casualty insurance. and Garrett and Company, LLC with his father and uncle.

Billy is a graduate of Oklahoma City University Law School admitted to the Oklahoma Bar, attended New York University Law School with an L.L.M. in taxation.  Billy was with the firm of Crowe and Dunlevy in the Oklahoma City office and now is the in-house councel for the family businesses as well as co-manager of Garrett and Company Resources, LLC.
