Property Manager and Head of Real Estate Development, Garrett and Company, LLC

As property manager and head of real estate development, Steve has worked with Garrett and Company, LLC and related companies, since 1977, in various real estate capacities. Steve is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Oklahoma.

Work experience includes management of a diverse portfolio of company-owned real estate, including singe family and multi-family dwellings, commercial, office, and industrial properties.

In addition, Steve manages a portfolio of private mortgage holdings, as well as overseeing farms, ranchlands, and timberlands in the mid-continent area.

Recent projects have included construction of a diverse portfolio of industrial buildings as company investments, and development of over 500 acres into residential subdivisions in the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area.

Steve oversees a staff of maintenance and construction personnel. Steve graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1974 with a degree in journalism and public relations, where he met his wife JoAnne. Steve and JoAnne reside in Edmond and have been married for 32 years. They have two grown daughters, Marilyn and Jill.
